syntfil[PhaseH]  - compute the phase of a filter transfer function

Calling sequence:

      PhaseH(h)

Parameters:

      h       - filter transfer function

Description:

Example:

>    with(syntfil):

`Syntfil version 1.53 loaded`

`You can set infolevel[syntfil] variable to 2..5 to get more detailed results!`

Definition of the transfer function

>    h:=1/(s^3+2*s^2+2*s+1);

h := 1/(s^3+2*s^2+2*s+1)

>    PhaseH(h);

proc (omega) options operator, arrow; arctan(omega^3-2*omega,-2*omega^2+1) end proc

Phase frequency response

>    plot(PhaseH(h)(omega),omega=0..3);
