syntfil[ARCRoundR] - zaokrouhlení hodnot rezistorů struktury aktivního RC filtru na typizované hodnoty

Calling sequence:

      ARCRoundR(tab, row);

Parameters:

      tab      - tabulka obsahující popis srtruktury aktivního RC filtru (výstup z funkce ARCSynt , případně ARCSyntLP , ARCSyntHP , ARCSyntBP  nebo ARCSyntBS )

      row      - označení odporové řady (E24, E48, E96, E192, případně "kombinované řady" 242)
